Healthy Smoothie

Lowers cholesterol, Removes polyps, Sharpens memory, lowers risk of cancer, increases energy.

Place all into a blender:

 2 apples  (core but not pealed)
2 bananas  (very ripe)
1 Pear or peach  (core but not peeled)
1 carrot
¼ cup dates
Handful of spinach
Handful of swiss (red) chard
2 cups water 

Blend on Liquid

Drink 8 oz – Twice daily
